Hi everyone,
I did another Youtube interview this past week. Had a great conversation with Christian Baxter on the Your Truly Podcast. Christian was a gracious host. We talked a bit about my life and then got into the main points of my Mere Orthodoxy article, A Parish Manifesto: the twin streams of holiness and inclusion, contemporary Evangelicalism as a “Joseph Movement,” the need for a “Moses Movement,” and the four markers of the future church (in my estimation): parishes, steeples, priests, and people. Please give it a listen when you get a chance and let me know what you think. Should I keep doing things like this?
Background: Christian reached out to me after Jordan Hall mentioned me in an interview with Paul Vanderklay. By the way, Jordan’s work in the philosophy of technology space (and now, since his recent conversion(!), in the Christian theology space) is beyond deep. I highly recommend. You could start with this conversation with Jonathan Pageau about AI.
Anyway, hope you enjoy!
— Ross
P.S. If you enjoy this one, check out another recent conversation I had with
and on their channel.
This is good Ross and I appreciate the link to the AI video with Jonathan Pageau. I’m looking forward to seeing you on one of Jonathan’s videos one day. I think the conversation would be outstanding.
Yes, you should keep doing “things like this” ; ) thanks for the conversation and connection brother! Looking forward to a hopeful future!
